What is InnoReach?

InnoReach is lead generation software with a CRM attached. It does two jobs that are usually sold as two separate products, and it does them in one place because splitting them is what kills most outbound sales efforts.

The first job is finding businesses. Almost every shop, clinic, workshop, school and distributor has a Google Maps listing, with a phone number and often a website. InnoReach reads those listings for a search you choose — say, pharmacies in Faisalabad — and files each one in your account with its name, phone, address, category, rating and website. Where the business has a website, it also goes looking for an email address, because Maps never shows one.

The second job is working that list. A CSV full of phone numbers is worth very little on its own; the value appears when somebody actually rings them, and rings them again a week later. So InnoReach keeps a pipeline: mark a business as contacted, interested, won or dead, write down what was said, and set the date for the next call. On the phone, in the Android app, the same list is a tap away from the dialer.

Who it is for

Anyone whose customers are other businesses in a defined area: agencies selling websites and marketing, distributors mapping their retailers, B2B service firms, recruiters, and field sales teams who need a list per rep. If you sell to the general public rather than to businesses, this is the wrong tool, and we would rather say so now.

What it is not

It is not a database you buy access to. Nothing is pre-scraped or resold — you run your own searches, and the results belong to your account alone. It is not an email blaster either: it finds addresses, and what you send is your responsibility and must follow the marketing laws that apply to you.

From nothing to a call list

  1. 1

Create an account and claim the trial

Free credits are added straight away, so you can judge the data on your own market before spending anything.

  2. 2

Install the extension and paste your token

Download the ZIP, load it in Chrome, paste the licence token from your dashboard once. The illustrated guide covers every click.

  3. 3

    Run a search

Country, state and city, then the business type. A Maps tab opens and works through the results while you do something else.

  4. 4

    Work the pipeline

Call, log the conversation, set the next follow-up. Anything due rises to the top of the list — on the web and on the phone.

Credits, counted honestly

One credit is one new business saved. Searches are free, and re-running the same search next month only charges for businesses you did not already have.

No duplicate charges, ever

Each business is fingerprinted on its Google place ID, not the page URL — which changes every time the map moves. That is why the same shop never lands in your list twice.

Numbers that actually dial

A local number like 0302 713 8708 is stored as +923027138708, so a tap works from any country and WhatsApp links never fail.

Your data stays yours

Export everything as CSV whenever you like, delete individual leads, or ask us to remove the whole account. We do not sell or share it.

The data

Ten fields for every business

Not a vague promise of rich business data — here is the actual list, and how often each one is filled in.

Website Google Maps listing Common

About email coverage. Google Maps does not publish email addresses, so we read the website each business links to. A business with no website, or one that only offers a contact form, will not yield an address. Phone coverage is far higher. Anyone promising an email for every listing is not being straight with you — the full breakdown is here.

In practice

Who this is built for

All use cases

Agencies

Find every restaurant in a city with no website, or every clinic sitting on unanswered reviews. Both are a pitch that writes itself.

Distributors

Map every retailer in a district before the rep drives out, then work them category by category.

B2B services

Accountants, insurance, IT support, security, cleaning — anything a business buys rather than a consumer.

Recruiters

Find the employers in a sector and city, and keep every conversation on the record.

Field sales teams

Give each rep a filtered list on their phone and see who worked what, without chasing WhatsApp updates.

Market research

Count the competition in a town and check ratings before signing a lease or opening a branch.

Pricing

Pay for the businesses you keep

No monthly fee for a seat nobody uses. Buy credits, spend them on new businesses, and top up when you need more.

Common questions

It finds local businesses on Google Maps for a search you choose, collects their contact details including email addresses where published, and gives you a CRM to call them and track every follow-up. The Chrome extension collects, the web dashboard organises, and the Android app lets you sell from your phone.

You are collecting business details that are already published publicly — the same information anyone could copy by hand. That is generally lawful. What matters more is what you do next: marketing and anti-spam rules differ by country, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM and PECA in Pakistan, and complying with them is your responsibility as the sender.

No. Google Maps does not publish emails, so we read the website each business links to. A business with no website will not have one. Phone numbers are present on most listings, which is why the product is built around calling first.

No. Every business is fingerprinted on its Google place ID, so re-running a search only charges for listings you did not already have.

As many as Google shows — typically 100 to 200 for a city-wide query. Google itself limits how deep a results list goes, so for a large city it is more productive to search area by area than to run one enormous query.

Yes. Any country Google Maps covers works, and phone numbers are converted to international format using the country on each lead.

Yes. A licence has a device limit shown on your dashboard. The usual arrangement is one account sized for the team, with each rep signed into the Android app.
