Install the extension in about ten minutes

Download it, load it into Chrome, paste your licence token. You do this once per computer — after that a new lead list is a minute of your attention.

Part one

Installing in Chrome

  1. 1

    Download and unzip

Download the ZIP above and extract it to a permanent folder — for example C:\InnoReach.

Don't delete or move this folder afterwards. Chrome loads the extension from this exact location every time it starts.

  2. 2

    Open the extensions page

Type chrome://extensions in your address bar and press Enter. Edge and Brave work too — use edge://extensions or brave://extensions.

  3. 3

    Turn on Developer mode

Flip the Developer mode switch in the top-right corner. Three new buttons will appear.

  4. 4

    Load the extension

Click Load unpacked, then select the folder you extracted — the one containing manifest.json. The InnoReach card appears in your list.

Pin it for quick access: click the puzzle-piece icon in the Chrome toolbar, then the pin next to InnoReach.

  5. 5

    Activate with your token

Click the extension icon, paste your licence token, and press Activate. You only do this once per computer.

Part two

Running your first search

  1. 1

    Choose your location

Pick a country, then a state and city. Narrower locations give better results — “Lahore” returns far more useful leads than “Pakistan”.

  2. 2

    Enter the business type

Type what you would search on Google Maps: Dental Clinics, Software Houses, Wedding Photographers. Be specific — “Italian Restaurants” converts better than “Restaurants”.

  3. 3

    Click Extract leads

A Google Maps tab opens and the extension works through the results. You can keep using other tabs and windows normally.

Don't close the Maps tab while a run is in progress, or the run stops. Leads already collected stay safe.

  4. 4

    Export your leads

Click CSV in the extension for an instant download, or open your dashboard to filter, search and export everything you have ever collected.

Troubleshooting

“This token is not valid”

Check for extra spaces when pasting. If it still fails, the token may have been regenerated — copy the current one from your licences page. Tokens also stop working if an account is suspended.

“Already active on N devices”

Your plan limits how many browsers can use one token. Open your licence page, remove a device you no longer use, then activate again.

“Could not find the Maps results list”

Google occasionally shows a consent screen or a map-only view. Open Google Maps manually, accept any prompts, run your search once by hand, then try again from the extension.

The run stops early

Usually credits ran out — check the counter in the extension header. If you still have credits, Google may be rate-limiting you; wait ten minutes and start a new run.

Few emails are found

Emails come from business websites, so listings without a website can never yield one. Service businesses score higher than retail.

Extension disappeared after restarting Chrome

The folder was moved or deleted. Re-extract it to a permanent location and load it again — your token and leads are unaffected.

My licence expired

Open your dashboard and click Renew. Renewing keeps your existing token and adds the new credits on top of whatever is left.
