One account, your whole sales floor
Buy credits once and share them across the team. Everyone gets their own licence key, you see exactly who did what, and you decide where they can sign in from.
What changes when there is more than one of you
A single person using a lead tool is simple. A team is not. Two reps call the same business, nobody knows who spoke to whom, and the manager finds out how the week went on Friday afternoon — from whoever remembers to say.
InnoReach treats a sales floor as one account with several people under it. Credits are bought once and shared. Each rep works their own list, and every call, note and visit is recorded against the person who made it.
Buy once for the whole team
A bigger plan buys more people, not more separate wallets to keep topped up.
One balance, many people
The owner buys credits. Every rep spends from that same pool, so nobody is blocked mid-call waiting for their own top-up.
A licence key each
Each person gets their own key for the extension. Usage and devices are traceable to a name, which one shared login can never do.
Billing stays with the owner
Reps and managers cannot buy credits or regenerate the token every rep depends on. Spending is one person's decision.
Seats are set by your plan. Growth covers five people, Agency fifteen — and a member who leaves frees their seat for somebody else.
An invite link, not an account handover
-
1
Create the invite
Pick a role — sales rep or manager — and optionally lock the link to one email address so a forwarded link cannot be used by somebody else.
-
2
Send the link
It works once, expires in fourteen days, and can be revoked at any moment. Nothing is stored in a form anybody can read back.
-
3
They join
The rep creates their own password and lands in the app. No shared login, no password passed around the office.
-
4
Issue their key
One tap gives them a licence key from your plan. They can scrape and call immediately, spending from the team balance.
Three roles, drawn where it matters
A rep should not see the company's billing, and a manager should not be able to move the rules they are held to.

See who is actually working
Team performance shows, per person and over any period you choose: leads held, how much of that list has been worked, contacts logged, calls, WhatsApp messages, interested, customers won and conversion.
Opening a name goes further — a day-by-day log of every call and message with the note the rep wrote at the time, every private note on their leads, and every field visit with how long they stayed.
Why conversion shows a dash, not zero
Somebody with no leads yet is missing data, not a nought per cent performer. Reporting them as zero would put a new joiner bottom of the table on their first morning, so the column shows a dash until there is something real to measure.
Decide where the team can sign in
Optional, off until you switch it on, and never applied to the account owner.
Approved locations
Add your office by tapping “use my current location”, then choose a radius — 500 m for one building, a kilometre or more for a campus. Add as many places as you have offices; a rep inside any one of them can sign in.
Field visits, on the road
A rep at a customer's premises opens the app, picks that business from their own list and punches in. The punch is refused unless they are within 300 m of the shop, so it is evidence of being there rather than a button pressed from the car.
Every sign-in and every punch is recorded with the distance, so a refusal is something you can look at rather than a mystery the rep has to explain.
Questions teams ask
No. One organization buys once and the whole team draws from the same credit balance. Each person still gets their own licence key so usage is traceable to a name, but there is only ever one pool to top up.
They keep them. Removing somebody from the team withdraws their licence key and frees the seat, but the businesses they collected stay with their account. Deleting a person's work because they left the company is not a decision the software should make for you.
Each rep collects and works their own list, so overlap only happens if two people scrape the same search. The activity log shows who contacted whom, so it is visible when it does.
Yes — a manager sees every member's numbers, notes and visits, and can invite people. What they cannot do is buy credits or change the sign-in locations, because being able to move the rules you are held to defeats the point of them.
Only if you turn on sign-in locations or use field visits. Without a position the app cannot prove where somebody is, so it refuses rather than guessing. Tell the team before you switch it on.
That is what field visits are for. The punch screen stays reachable when the rest of the app is closed, so a rep outside the office can still record the visit they are on.
Yes. Seats come from your plan, so moving to a larger one raises the limit immediately — the credits and the existing keys carry on unchanged.
No. The account owner is exempt from location checks by design. Somebody has to be able to get in and fix a mistyped coordinate, and that must never be an unrecoverable state.
