How it works

From a blank page to a working call list

Ten minutes of setup, once. After that, a new list is about ninety seconds of your attention plus however long the scrape takes.

The shape of it

There are three pieces and they share one account. The Chrome extension collects businesses from Google Maps into your account. The web dashboard is where that data lives — filtering, exporting, and the pipeline. The Android app is the same pipeline on your phone, for the part of the day when you are actually calling.

Nothing moves between them by hand. A lead collected on your laptop at nine is on your phone by the time you are in the car, and a status you change on the phone is on the website before you are back at your desk.

Setup

Six steps, once

  1. 1

    Create your account

Sign up with an email and password. Free trial credits are added straight away — enough to run a real search on your own market and judge the data before spending anything.

  2. 2

    Install the extension

Download the ZIP from your dashboard, unzip it, open the Chrome extensions page, turn on developer mode and load the unpacked folder. Two minutes, and the guide has a screenshot for every click.

  3. 3

    Activate with your token

Your dashboard shows a licence token. Paste it into the extension once. It stays signed in after that, and checks continuously that the token is still valid — if you regenerate it, the extension asks for the new one within seconds rather than failing silently.

  4. 4

    Run your first search

Pick country, state and city, type the business you want, press extract. A Maps tab opens and works down the results while you do something else. Progress shows in the popup as it goes.

  5. 5

    Watch the leads arrive

Results appear in your dashboard as they are found, already categorised and deduplicated. Export a CSV, or leave them where they are and start working the list.

  6. 6

    Work them properly

Call from the web or the Android app, log what was said, set the next follow-up. Every morning the pipeline tells you what is due, so the second and third contacts actually happen.

Credits

How the counting works

The billing model in three sentences, because nobody should have to guess what a search costs.

One credit, one business

A credit is spent when a new business is saved to your account. Not per search, not per page of results, not per field.

Duplicates are free

Re-run the same search next month and you are charged only for businesses you did not already have. Overlapping searches across a city cost nothing extra where they overlap.

Always visible

The balance shows in the extension, on the dashboard and in the app. It is counted on the server, so the number is the same everywhere and cannot drift.

What a search actually costs. A city-wide search for one trade typically returns 100 to 200 businesses, so that is 100 to 200 credits the first time. Running it again a month later usually costs a fraction of that, because most of the businesses are already yours.

What a normal week looks like after setup

Setup is the only slow part. Once the extension is installed and activated, adding a new market is a couple of minutes of choosing a location and a trade.

Most customers settle into a rhythm: build the list at the start of the week, save a filtered view of what is worth calling, then work down it — logging each conversation and attaching a follow-up date to anyone who asks to be called back. Each morning starts with the Follow-ups tab, which is where the repeat contacts live, and where most deals actually close.

The full week-by-week pattern, with the filters that make it work, is on the who uses it page.

If something goes wrong

The two things that occasionally need attention: a licence token that has been regenerated (paste the new one from your dashboard), and a search that returns fewer results than expected — usually because Google limits how deep a single results list goes, which is solved by searching area by area rather than one enormous query.
