Everything you need to find a business and win it

InnoReach covers the whole job: pull verified business contacts out of Google Maps, work them through a pipeline, and call from your phone — without a spreadsheet in sight.

One product, two problems solved

Most teams selling to local businesses run into the same two walls. The first is building a list: the businesses are all on Google Maps, but getting two hundred of them into a usable file means an afternoon of copy and paste, and the result has no email addresses because Maps does not publish them.

The second wall is working that list. A CSV has no memory. It cannot tell you that the pharmacy on Jail Road asked you to call back on Thursday, or that a colleague already spoke to them last month. So the follow-ups that actually close deals are the ones that quietly do not happen.

InnoReach is built to remove both walls, which is why it ships as three parts rather than one. The extension solves collection. The dashboard and the app solve follow-up. They share one account and one set of data, so nothing has to be exported between them.

In detail

What you actually get

Precise targeting

Choose country, state and city, then name the business type. Cities are suggested but never enforced — small towns and tehsils that no dataset covers can simply be typed.

Email enrichment

Google Maps rarely publishes an email. InnoReach visits the business website and its contact page to find one, so you get an address you can actually write to.

No duplicate charges

Every business is fingerprinted on its Google place ID. Re-running the same search costs nothing for listings you already own, and the same shop never appears twice.

Automatic categories

Each lead is filed under its Maps category, so you can slice a 5,000-row list down to just the dentists or just the pharmacies.

Numbers that dial

Local numbers are converted to full international format, so a tap dials correctly from any country and WhatsApp links always work.

Exports that fit your workflow

A full CSV for your own analysis, or a Google Contacts file — with an optional batch prefix — that imports straight into a phone.

Follow-ups that surface

Set a reminder when you log a call. Anything due floats to the top of the list and shows in the app, so nobody is forgotten.

Honest daily numbers

Ring one business ten times and it counts as one business worked. Effort is tracked separately, so the figures mean something.

Licence and credits

One token activates the extension. Credits are counted on the server, so the balance is the same wherever you look.

Your data, exportable

Everything you collect stays in your account and can be exported in full at any time. Delete a lead or the whole account whenever you want.

How it compares

Against the usual alternatives

Three honest comparisons, including where each alternative is the better choice.

If all you need is a one-off list and you already have a CRM you like, a plain scraper plus your existing system is a perfectly sensible choice. The case for InnoReach is when the follow-up is the part that keeps failing.
