Lead CRM

A pipeline, not a spreadsheet

Collecting leads is the easy half. The money is in following up — knowing who you called, what they said, and when to ring back.

Why a scraper needs a CRM attached

Almost every lead generation tool stops at the export button. You get a CSV, and what happens next is your problem. In practice, here is what happens next: the file goes into a folder, somebody calls the first thirty rows, and the rest is never touched again. Two months later the same person runs the same search, because nobody remembers which businesses were already called.

The list was never the bottleneck. Follow-up is the bottleneck. Most local B2B sales close on the second or third contact, not the first, and a spreadsheet has no way to tell you that a business asked you to ring back on Thursday.

So InnoReach keeps the pipeline in the same place as the data. When you log a call, you set the next follow-up at the same moment — one action, while the conversation is still in your head. The next morning, anything due is already at the top of your list.

The pipeline

Five stages, and that is deliberate

Long pipelines stop being maintained by the second week. These five cover the whole journey and take one tap to change.

New

Straight from the scraper. Nobody has touched it yet.

Contacted

You reached out. The clock is running.

Interested

They want to hear more. This is your working list.

Customer

Won. Kept so you can measure what actually worked.

Not interested

Closed out, and excluded from follow-up reminders.

A lead moves off New automatically the first time you log any contact, so the pipeline reflects real work without extra clicks. It never moves backwards on its own — if you have marked a business as a customer, logging another call will not demote it.

What it does

Everything the calling day needs

Every call on the record

Log the channel — call, WhatsApp, email, meeting or a plain note — what was discussed, and where it left off. The history sits on the lead, so anyone picking it up later knows the whole story rather than starting the conversation again.

Follow-ups that surface themselves

Set the next touch while you are logging the call. Due leads rise to the top of the list, get their own tab in the Android app, and show a badge on the navigation so you cannot miss them.

Fix the data as you go

Scraped details are occasionally wrong — a business changes its number, or Maps has an old address. Correct the name, phone, email, category or city in place. No export, edit and re-import.

Search that reaches everything

One box searches names, phone numbers, cities and categories at once, so finding “that clinic in Sargodha” takes a second rather than a scroll.

Saved views

“Lahore wholesalers with a phone, not yet contacted” is a filter you will rebuild every morning. Save it once, name it, and it becomes a single click. Save one per rep, per city, or per campaign.

Exports that carry your work

The CSV includes your status, notes, follow-up date and last contact — not just the raw scrape. It opens cleanly in Excel with Urdu and Arabic business names intact.

Google Contacts export

Push a filtered batch into Gmail with a prefix like “Batch 1”, so the whole set arrives on your phone as a labelled group. Only leads with a phone number are included.

Numbers that mean something

Ring one business ten times and it counts as one business worked, with attempts tracked separately. A day of chasing one stubborn prospect does not get to look like a productive day.

Honest comparison

Against a spreadsheet, and against a full CRM

This sits deliberately in the middle. Here is where it wins and where it does not.

If you need quotes, invoices, deal forecasting and email automation, use a proper CRM and export to it. If you need to call two hundred businesses this week and remember what happened, this is built for exactly that.
